Accessible mobile phones and services
Do you or someone close to you have physical or cognitive impairement? Are you hard of hearing, hard of seeing? Is your hand not as stable as it used to be, and your fingers not as flexible? Share your experiences on using a mobile phone or mobile services. Do you feel that you have not been appreciated as a customer in shops selling mobile phones, enhancements or service packages because of your age, gender or physical impairement? I'm putting together a study on how so called atypical phone users such as ageing women are treated as customers by the mobile industry including phone and service designers, manufacturers, operators, ad agencies, and other service providers.
