Mobile Brain Bank London
The second Mobile Brain Bank London synapse was on last week. I was extremely happy to see some old and new friends show up, and again a warm thanks to Grow VC for arranging refreshments.
Jouko gave a speech on Grow VC , how the funding need of startups vary, and how funding options should vary accordingly. There's also the other side, the investor side, where Grow VC offers a new avenue for investors to select companies they believe in. Some discussion prompted around security, and securing the business models of startups. Jouko's slides can be found here .
The second pitch was by Nitin from Augmented Planet . Augmented Planet is a consulting group, and they presented three kinds of AR: Physical world hyperlinking, Marker or Marker-less AR, and Mobile Location aware AR. Augmented Reality spurted off a real debate, pros and cons, believers and non-believers continued the discussion long into the evening. Nitin's slides are here.
As MoBB is about networking, we also list participant names so that people can contact each other offline. Participants to all synapses can be found on our website . Thanks London, and see you next time!
